Community Access & Wellbeing Support Worker

Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Learning Disability Day Services seeks to support adults with learning disabilities to access meaningful day opportunities in the community and at the service base. You will drive individuals to activities per person-centered plans and assist with personal care, while maintaining records and reports to support wellbeing outcomes.

You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Barry with driving duties and liaising with the service team.
