Rethink Mental Illness is recruiting a Mental Health Recovery Worker for Shipley Lodge, Heanor, Derbyshire. This full-time role (35 hours per week) supports adults with severe and enduring mental health challenges in a 16-bed home.

You will assist with daily living skills, personal care, finances, and rehabilitation, while engaging with the local community. The role emphasises compassionate, one-to-one guidance and collaboration with mental health agencies.
