Compassionate Residential Care Worker for Children

Phoenix Learning & Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide compassionate, consistent care for children in our family-style homes. You will help children feel safe, valued, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges, including trauma and complex needs.

You’ll work 24-hour shifts in our three-bedroom homes, with a two- to three-day week pattern to support your wellbeing. Salary is competitive, plus a sleep‑in allowance and comprehensive training.
