Falls Response Community Support Worker Flexible Shifts

Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker for the Falls Response team in Hereford. The role offers full-time or part-time options with flexible working, including 12-hour shifts and one weekend per month.

You will respond to falls in the community, assess and support recovery at home, and work within the CRH call handling hub. The post requires a driving license and ability to work across a rota including day and night shifts.
