Two Saints is recruiting a Homeless Support Worker to join our Southampton service on a full‑time (37hrs) basis. The role focuses on guidance, encouragement and empowering clients to achieve their goals, with a compassionate, person‑centred approach to homelessness and related needs.
You’ll build trust, support life skills, and help clients plan next steps while working within safeguarding policies and a collaborative team environment. Enhanced DBS is required.
