Choices and Rights Disability Coalition is seeking two female personal assistants to support a 9-year-old boy in a 2:1 arrangement. The role involves taking him to swimming, parks, soft play, and other activities while ensuring safety and supervision at all times.
You’re expected to assist with personal care, support toilet needs, and provide consistent guidance. A genuine occupational requirement specifies female workers only, in line with Equality Act exemptions.
