Residential Support Worker (Adults) – Flexible Shifts

Hampshire County Council is recruiting a Support Worker (Residential Service Officer) at Orchard Close, Hayling Island, to provide personalised care for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities during short stay breaks.

You will follow a 4-week flexible shift pattern, including every other weekend and early/late/sleep-in shifts with enhancements. A comprehensive induction and ongoing training will help you grow within our friendly, supportive team.
