Tesco Colleague roles start pay from £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. New colleagues are guaranteed a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options to work as few as 12 hours.

Availability windows are published weekly, and shifts are scheduled with three weeks’ notice, with flexibility where possible. You will help serve shoppers daily, meet great people, and be part of a welcoming, diverse team.
