Deputy Team Leader – Residential Care & Student Support

Treloar’s seeks a Deputy Team Leader on a fixed-term contract to supervise shifts, support the Residential Manager, and help students aged 16+ during term time. 34-42 hours/week plus 8 hours for Student Support Assistant, all within a term-time structure.

Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths (C/4) and Level 3 Adult Care qualifications, with care experience and strong communication skills. DBS checks apply and benefits include training days and parking.
