Support Worker – Community Care & Independence

Voyage Care in Papworth Everard is seeking a genuine, hands-on Support Worker to help residents gain independence and improve quality of life. Typical shifts are 7am-2pm and 2pm-9pm, with a Sleep-in option, on a 21hrs contract.

You’ll work within a supportive team to empower individuals in daily living and community participation. You will need a full UK driving licence, resilience and calm approach, and ideally experience with Positive Behaviour Support and autism.
