Team Facilitator – South Ayrshire (Mental Health)

Enable Scotland is seeking a motivated Team Facilitator to lead a team of Personal Assistants across South Ayrshire. The role involves coordinating service delivery, rostering and safeguarding, with on-call shifts and travel across Ayrshire.

You will work with the Service Manager to ensure safe, person-centred support, promoting independence, dignity and inclusion while maintaining compliant records and GDPR standards.
