Residential Care Lead: Team Leader & Care Plans

Barchester care home is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to support residents with quality, person-centred care and to lead a care team on shift. You will supervise staff, assist with medication administration and ordering, and review care plans and risk assessments while liaising with GPs, district nursing teams and residents’ families.

The successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with prior residential care experience and proven leadership
