Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential?
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Croydon.
You will work closely with teachers to support pupils both in the classroom and through small-group or 1:1 interventions. The role will involve helping children with their learning, confidence, communication and social development, while creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The school is looking for someone who is patient, reliable, proactive and passionate about working with children. Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND, ASD, ADHD or additional learning needs would be advantageous, although previous school experience is not essential for the right candidate.
You may have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Support Worker or Youth Worker, or simply be looking to start a rewarding career in education.
