Community Nurse – Out-of-Hospital Care (Flexible Hours)

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust’s District Nursing team in Shepton Mallet seeks a newly qualified or experienced nurse to join our friendly multi-disciplinary care team. You will manage a caseload and work as part of a larger network with Primary Care Networks and Neighbourhood Teams.

We operate 8am–10pm, seven days a week (evenings, weekends, bank holidays) with a shift pattern; driving licence and access to a car are essential.
