Community Nurse — In-Home Care & Wound/Palliative Expert

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Community Nurse to deliver high-quality home-based care across the local community. You will lead a community nursing team within a multi-professional environment, traveling to patients and advising families.

The role requires a full driving licence and access to a car, with shifts spanning 8am–8pm, seven days a week, including weekends. Newly qualified staff have access to a preceptorship program and clinical upskilling training, plus Trust and local team
