Kites Children’s Services in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Team Leader to help run a residential children’s home. You will lead shifts, support staff, and directly work with young people to create a safe, welcoming home where they can thrive.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma, 2 years’ experience, and flexibility for varied shifts.
