Deputy Children’s Home Manager – Lead Care & Development

Madiba Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Holmfirth based home in Yorkshire. You will support leadership, manage care plans, risk assessments and co-ordinate multi-agency meetings to ensure a secure and supportive environment for the young people in our care.

The role requires a Level 3/4 Diploma in Children’s & Young People’s workforce or equivalent, supervisory experience, and strong IT & admin skills. A full UK driving license is essential and flexibility to work shifts is expected.
