Level 3 Early Years Educator

Innovation Training & Recruitment are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a welcoming early years setting in Waterloo (L22).This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Educator who enjoys creating a positive, nurturing environment where young children can learn, develop and thrive.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in the early years.
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote children’s emotional, social and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
• Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a supportive team.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Has experience working with children in an early years setting
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
• Understands the EYFS framework.
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, caring and enthusiastic.
• Has a good understanding of safeguarding.
• Can build positive relationships with children and families.
