Locum Healthcare Assistant – Primary Care Team

Locum Ready is seeking a Locum HCA to support a GP practice in Sleaford. You will perform routine clinical duties, observe patients, and assist with day-to-day treatment room activity as part of a proactive clinical team.

The role is suitable for flexible, ad-hoc or regular weekly sessions, with morning and afternoon slots. Enhanced DBS is required and prior NHS or primary care HCA experience is desirable to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
