Hospital Catering Supervisor – Food Service Lead

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Catering Supervisor to assist the manager in delivering a cost-efficient service, serving a wide range of food to patients, staff and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.

You will help run the restaurant/ward service or food production facility in line with Trust policies, ensuring meals are prepared safely and hygienically using standard recipes and compliant with legislation.
