Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist (IP or Non-IP) – Flexible

K&W Healthcare is recruiting Clinical Pharmacists (IP or Non-IP) to join our Brent GP network. You will work with GPs, nurses and other clinicians to optimise medicines, improve patient outcomes, and support medicines management across Wembley, Willesden, Kingsbury and Neasden.

We offer self-employed contracts with flexible hours and hourly rates: £23–£25 for Non-IP and £25–£28 for IP, DOE. CPPE Primary Care Pathway enrolment required; GPhC registration essential.
