Senior Housing Support & Independence Lead

The Wallich in Bridgend is seeking a Housing Support Worker to coordinate residential and floating support for priority needs homeless people. The role provides housing-related support within temporary accommodation as a safe alternative to Bed and Breakfast arrangements, promoting independence and sustainable move-on.

You will work to empower service users, addressing housing and personal difficulties, building skills and confidence, and ensuring a supportive, person-centred service.
