Family Support Worker — Onsite, Full-Time Impact for Families

Sefton Council is seeking a Family Support Worker for an ongoing full-time, onsite role in the Liverpool area. You will provide practical and emotional support to children, young people and families, working alongside social workers to support assessments and identify family needs.

You will also undertake home visits and direct work to understand circumstances and provide effective interventions, while helping parents and carers develop skills to improve family relationships.
