Children’s Community Care Assistant – Night Shifts

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Continuing Care Assistant within the Community Children’s Nursing team in London. The role covers 0-19 years with complex health needs, delivering direct clinical care in children’s homes and community settings, on a 20-hour per week rota including night shifts.

Your work supports individualized care plans, supervised by senior staff, and involves coordination with the Lead Continuing Care nurse and other nurses on shift.
