Nexxuscare in Leek is seeking a Care Team Leader to join Daisy Haye extra care scheme. You will supervise and support the on-site care team, create and update care plans, and ensure high standards of personal care and health monitoring across residents.

You will be responsible for risk assessments, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and guiding staff through training, supervision, and rostering, while maintaining CQC compliance and responding to emergencies.
