School Nursing Associate: Public Health & Family Care

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust in Milton Keynes is seeking a Nursing Associate to join the School Nursing Team. The post supports the Healthy Child Programme for ages 5-19, promoting public health and safeguarding while delivering high-quality, family-centred care across home, school and community settings.

You will work under the delegation of a School Nurse or Registered Nurse, manage a caseload, and deliver evidence-based programmes with parents, carers and young people.
