Weekend Night Health Care Assistant – Make a Difference

Exemplar Health Care’s Lepton Heights care home in Huddersfield is hiring a Health Care Assistant for weekend night shifts (8pm-8am or 10pm-6am). You will support adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives, helping with personal care, meals and wellbeing.

No prior care experience is essential; we provide induction, buddy support and ongoing training. You’ll work with a friendly team to promote dignity, independence and social activity while maintaining care records.
