Child & Youth Mental Health Practitioner

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust seeks a qualified practitioner to join the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service. You will assess and plan care, delivering evidence-based mental health interventions to children, young people and families within a multi-disciplinary team.

You will coordinate reviews, use outcome measures, and involve families throughout care, applying a holistic, needs-led approach including support for deliberate self-harm where appropriate.
