Senior Residential Care Lead – Children’s Home (Sleep Pay)

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for a children’s home in Wirral, Merseyside. The role focuses on leading a care team, supporting children with EBD, and ensuring high standards of welfare and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with the Deputy and Home Manager, supervising staff, maintaining records, and ensuring a person-centred approach. A NVQ Level 4 or equivalent and flexible shifts including sleep shifts are required.
