On-Scene Rapid Response Mental Health Practitioner

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced mental health professionals to join the Rapid Response service across Sussex. Roles involve on-scene and telephone crisis interventions, person-centred assessments and developing onward care plans.
