Senior Building Surveyor — Damp & Repairs Lead

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join Northwest Leicestershire Council on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Coalville.

You will act as senior professional and technical advisor within the Responsive Repairs, Voids and Minor Works Team, delivering defect diagnostics, surveys, specifications and budgets to support housing services.
