Salary: £31,200 – £36,332 depending on skills and experience
JPR Environmental is an environmental contracting company based in Gloucestershire and we are expanding our workforce due to an increase in work. Our work includes wetland creation and enhancement, erosion control, ecological improvements, vegetation clearance, planting and landscaping. Reporting to the Site Manager and/or Operations Manager, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role
The ideal candidate should be comfortable delegating tasks, taking responsibility, solving problems and working flexibly as part of a team. They will be able to supervise and engage in a wide variety of different jobs, from excavator or dumper driving to using a chainsaw, vegetation clearance, planting and landscaping. Salary depends on skills and experience, but necessary training will be given.
Essential Requirements:
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to delegate to others on site
- Ability to time manage themselves and others
- Ability to use their own initiative and problem solve
- Willing to travel within the UK and stay away as required
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- CSCS Card holder
Preferred Requirements:
- SSSTS or equivalent (although training can be given to the right candidate)
- CPCS card holder for excavator and dumper
- Chainsaw tickets
- First Aid at Work
