Graduate Mechanical Engineer – Cement & Process Ops

Heidelberg Materials UK is launching a two-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders in the cement and construction materials sector. The role focuses on cement plant operations, process improvements and KPI reporting, with exposure to cross-functional teams across the business.

Ideal candidates have recently graduated or expect to graduate in 2027 with a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering and hold a UK driving licence.
