Resident Liaison Officer for Major Works Programme

Axis, part of Axis CLC, is a trusted property services specialist delivering responsive repairs, planned works and refurbishments across the UK. We are hiring a Resident Liaison Officer to support Guinness’s Major Works Programme across Portsmouth and the South East Coast area.

You will be the main contact for residents, organise appointments, manage communications and work closely with Guinness, Site Managers and the Contracts Manager to ensure smooth delivery and high resident satisfaction.
