CBRE is seeking a Plumber for the Bishop’s Stortford facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and testing of plumbing, medical gas distribution, and related systems across the building.
The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing, strong maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. On-site work will involve safety compliance and collaboration with contractors as required.
