Deverell Smith Ltd is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a leading PBSA operator on-site in Greater London. You will support resident experience, sales, occupancy, operations and compliance, reporting to the Property Manager.
The ideal candidate has PBSA or residential property experience, strong customer service and a proactive approach. Working hours are 9:00am-6:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm, with a Saturday rota; salary is £35,000-£37,000 plus bonus, with clear progression opportunities.
