Boarding House Assistant – Pastoral & Admin

Malvern College is seeking a part-time House Assistant to support a boarding house with around 60 pupils aged 13 to 18. You will provide day-to-day pastoral care, assist with administrative tasks, and help run the house on weekends as part of a rota.

The role also involves involvement with catering, housekeeping and driving to appointments. You will work as part of a close house team, receive full training on software and systems used in the role, and contribute to safeguarding and student
