Howden’s Directors & Officers Insurance Apprenticeship Programme in London starts September 2027. You join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development plan, with an induction and office-based work 3–4 days a week. No insurance experience is required and you’ll gain real industry exposure.

You’ll learn D&O and FI insurance, assist submissions, and interact with underwriters and brokers while developing professional skills and qualifications.
