Private Sector Housing Officer: Enforcement & Inspections

Luton Council is seeking an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to improve housing conditions and protect residents across the borough. You will inspect dwellings and HMOs under HHSRS and Decent Homes Standard, and take enforcement actions where necessary.

You will investigate complex housing complaints, prepare cases for enforcement, and work with partners to achieve compliance. Mentoring and guidance development are also part of the role.
