Hybrid Payroll Specialist — Multi‑Site & Process Improvement

SF Partners in Leicester is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our established payroll team. You will own and support a high-volume, multi-site payroll and help drive process improvements.

You’ll manage starters, leavers, pay changes and deductions, ensure on-time payments, and navigate UK payroll legislation. This role offers hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home) and a clear path to broaden payroll expertise within a supportive team.
