Multi-School Attendance & Engagement Officer

OAK Multi Academy Trust is seeking a practical Attendance and Engagement Officer to work across our five schools. This on-the-ground role builds trust with families, acts promptly on pupil absence, and helps schools turn attendance data into positive daily action.

You will respond in real time to absence, contact parents, understand barriers and reintegrate students with appropriate support, including home visits and tailored attendance plans.
