About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and insightful AI Business Analyst to join their team in Randburg . In this hybrid role, you will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical AI teams, translating business needs into clear requirements for AI solutions. You will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for AI integration, and help define the scope and objectives of AI projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of AI concepts and their potential business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI developers, data scientists, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and communicate project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technology projects, preferably AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning capabilities, and their business implications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
