Hybrid Pre-Tenancy Income Officer – Tenant Support

Bristol City Council is seeking an Income Officer (Pre-Tenancy) to maximise rental income by delivering person-centred pre-tenancy assessments and identifying individual needs for referrals to support services.

Working within the Housing Service and Income Management Team, you will assess income and expenditure before tenancy starts, refer applicants to appropriate agencies, and help sustain tenancies from day one. The role requires a Basic DBS check and offers hybrid working patterns.
