Paralegal, Financial Services Disputes (12 month FTC)

A leading international law firm with a large network of UK offices and a wide mix of corporate, public sector and financial services clients.

The role

You will join a financial services disputes team working on motor finance litigation or retail banking disputes.

• Help prepare cases: correspondence, bundles and disclosure
• Carry out legal research and summarise findings
• Liaise with courts, clients, counsel and third parties
• Track court deadlines and prepare and file court documents
• Help with billing, matter admin and reporting on claim volumes

What you will need

• Paralegal experience in litigation or disputes, or a closely related setting
• A good grasp of court procedure and deadlines
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage several matters
• Close attention to detail
