Fairway Mortgage Solutions are on the lookout for our next team member.

We offer a competitive commission split and will be able to provide assistance with lead generation, leads provided, but some self-generation would be ideal.

The role involves covering all types of mortgages and protection, we are growing rapidly, have access to the whole of the market and are part of a growing mortgage network.

Skills and experience

• CeMAP qualification – mortgage adviser roles only
• Experience as an advisor is desirable, but not essential
• Ambition and drive to be successful
• Organised, self-motivated and a team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
