Debt Support & Administration Officer — Client Care

Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire in Grantham is seeking a Debt Support Officer to assist our debt caseworkers in guiding clients through their debt advice journey. The role is broad, rewarding and ideal for developing administration and interpersonal skills, with liaising duties across referrers and third parties to ensure a smooth client experience from service entry to closure.

Location: Grantham. Salary: £24,500 per annum (FTE) rising to £24,650 per annum (FTE).
