HR Advisor (Education Trust) – Coach Leaders

St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert HR advice and coaching to school leaders across the Trust. You will handle employee relations and support HR policy development within a Catholic multi-academy trust environment.

You will work with the HR Business Partner, contribute to safeguarding and staff development, and support change projects including TUPE and redeployments across a busy education network.
