Wise May Ltd. in the City of London is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide hands-on HR support across the business, ensuring regulatory and company policy alignment. The role combines administration, policy guidance, and HRIS management in a collaborative environment.

You will own end-to-end HR processes, manage visa/work rights, and produce HR reporting, while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality in a hybrid structure (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
