Connect Legal Partners is seeking a generalist HR professional with a focus on early careers in the south of England. You will advise managers and staff, handle absence and flexible working requests, maintain HR records, and run trainee solicitor and apprentice programmes including qualification routes.

The role involves supporting recruitment and onboarding and requires solid UK employment law knowledge. CIPD is a plus but not essential, and a full UK driving licence is needed.
