Inclusion & Safeguarding Officer – Student Welfare

Colchester Institute Enterprises Limited is seeking a part-time Welfare and Safeguarding Officer – Inclusion Support to provide first-response welfare and safeguarding support to enrolled students. You will work with curriculum teams, social workers, and external agencies to promote wellbeing, safety and inclusion, and to remove barriers to learning.

Role requires delivery of safeguarding guidance, response to referrals, and attendance at professional meetings.
